1. Add the entire content of Sadaf Tabouli mix to 1 1/2 cupsof cold water and allow to stand 25-30 minutes.
2. Dices 4 medium size tomatoes and remove seeds.
3. Add 1/4 cup Sadaf olive oil 1/4 cup Sadaf lime or lemon juice and diced tomato to the Tabouli, mix well.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve.
